I am very satisfied with my Toyota of Puyallup experience.
I was just curious why oil change wasn’t done when I have a turbo engine.
Everyone was very pleasant and the service was fast. There was some issues with the appointment as they didn’t have it in their system. It was made over the phone 2 weeks prior. However, they honored the original appointment and i appreciated that. Not everything in business goes without some hiccups but they showed me that they have the resources and good sense to take care of their customers. Good on you.

The service was quick on reliable
Vehicle was damaged when I picked it up. I have sent an email to Service manager regarding the incident and have not heard anything back. Looking forward to having my issue addressed and be reimbursed for the part I will have to reorder due to the valet attendant parking my car too close to the parking block/stop damaging the front splitter on my ‘22 Camry XSE Hybrid.
Andrea was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She explained things clearly and calmly to me. She’s an asset to your department.
Even though the dealership could not fix the broken latch, Mr. Allen gave me some recommendations for body shops. The technicians were able to quickly diagnose the problem and Mr. Allen did not charge me the normal diagnostics fee, which I appreciated very much. I would recommend Toyota of Puyallup to anyone needing service for their Toyota.
Elisabeth was great. She informed me I didn’t need an oil change Everytime I came in. I wasn’t aware of this and was never told by anyone in the past. I appreciated Elisabeth being honest with me. I wish the other people had told me too.
The wait time of approximately 2 hours was a little bit longer than usuall for my service.

when I got my car back, I'll the settings had been changed on the dashboard, and all my safety features has been turned off. Even the Bluetooth had been turned off. what does that have yo with an oil change??
If you need to look at something on the dashboard, restore it to owner settings when you complete your work.
