Last service they forgot to reset the maintenance reminder, and this time they didn’t remove the old sticker and replace with the next service date//mileage. I expect better folks.

Professionalism start to finish!
I was delighted with the connection I found with everyone who talked to me and went out of their way to answer my questions. They did not talk down to me or “mansplain” even once. They did what I came to them for, rather than going to two Toyota dealers closer to where I live. Friendly, helpful, efficient, fairly charged for, and capable service is what I look for. I found just that in your dealership.
This was my 1st oil change, also had a few recalls… I checked my vehicle in at 7:30am and at 3:30pm I called to check up on it. I was told my vehicle would be done around 4…. I got to the stealership around 5:15pm (they closed at 5:30pm) and when I went to get my truck they notified me it was still being worked on, I told them I’d wait… at 5:40pm the employees were locking up and going home until they realized I was still in the lobby. I was told that they would check to see what was going on, at 5:45pm I was told that they were finally done, and getting paperwork ready. At 6pm I was told again that they were just finishing up, I was finally able to leave with my truck shortly after 6pm. All the while I have family at my house for dinner that I missed because of this screwup.
On my Toyota app, it still shows that I have open recalls, this is one place that I will NEVER come back to, I’ve already posted it on FB, and even though this is the same place I originally bought my truck, I won’t be back.
This place has lost a customer for life.
11 hours from time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. Ridiculous….

The representative asked me if I wanted my car washed and I said yes. He said it would be no problem but when my car was finished being serviced it was not washed.

Jess failed to honor email offer for service savings - ripped me off $30 even after discussing prior to having any work done. She refused giving me the $30 when checking out. I am extremely dissatisfied with her customer service treatment. I went back on Saturday to make a request for the $30 savings again and asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager working on Saturday afternoon. Will come in next week to discuss directly with manager to see if get some customer service on the email offer that was sent to me. Hoping to have a better experience.
