My car has scratches on the hood.
They didn’t wash my Rav4, didn’t even offered a wash.
I was tired and didn’t noticed that they have not washed it.
I would like to get a free wash if they can provide me one

It was no big deal to leave it there, but 5 hours seemed on the long side for the work that was performed. If it was shorter, I didn’t receive a call as I called and was told it was just finished. The driver’s side power mirror rattles when I close the door. It is not the same as other tundras or the passenger side of mine, contrary to what I was told.
