I'm surprised I was charged when the error in my car could be DIRECTLY linked to the recall work they did. They only offered to wash my car after handing me my keys. At least that would have been nice, but I didn't have time. I was clear about the time I'd be picking up. You had my car for a whole day and should have already done all services. Why would I ever plan on returning?

I called and was initially told I could bring my car in for a tire repair and get a loaner to be able to go to work. I called to confirm and then was told now. I needed an appointment but it would only be 30 minutes so no car loan. I show up and I’m told it’s 1.5 to 2 hours for a tire repair!!! It took over an hour from when they brought it in and got it on the rack to being done. No car wash cause by then I had to go to work. Just be honest from the start guys! So people can plan! This was frustrating . I

I loved the service advisor and the actual service to my car. However I was very uncomfortable with the shuttle ride and will not be taking the shuttle ever again. Unless there is a different driver option. Kevin is very nice don’t get me wrong. I believe he means well but his conversations are not appropriate to have with customers. I was very uncomfortable with the topics. Such as him wanting a pay raise, him saying things regarding his management and managements bonuses. Him and his wife or soon to be ex wife’s relationship.

My car was conplete for almost 30 minutes. I had to go get the status. Service goes beyond just checking in and the service of the vehicle. I only had an oil change, not even a tire rotation, it should not have taken over 90 minutes. This was my only complaint, everyone was polite and professional.
