Andrea’s service was excellent, however when it came to tech’s diagnosis there were things left missed, such as the audio, it felt as if too much focus was put into the radio instead the audio system itself.
There are 3 ways to play audio, Bluetooth, usb, and the radio itself, all 3 did weren’t functioning before and still are not.

I didn’t make an appointment until late in the morning (March 21). was able to come in early in the afternoon on the same day. I was in and out in about an hour and my problem was fixed. No charge!!!

The service advisor (James) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very nice. He kept me up to date and stayed in communication throughout the time Toyota of Puyallup had my Tundra. It was a great experience and I will return based on my recent visit.
Very proactive on what needs to be done even thoughLily who scheduled my appointment failed to record wholly what I need for my visit. the other reason why I am bringing my car to your shop is for a full detail Ians others that I had asked. I don’t know why Lily failed to schedule that in spite of the 30min conversation we had. Good thing the Technician did his due diligence in doing a system check of my car as it was stolen two days before and we were able to recover it. Yes, Hence the reason of my car visit

I was satisfied with the service I brought it in for and the servicemen were very nice. However, despite having it offered to be washed, it was not washed. Also, the "next oil change due" sticker on my window was not replaced with a new one with updated date/mileage of next due time. Overall good but the small things left it imperfect.
