There is now a loud rattle when I turn my air on. I have to bring my car back in tomorrow.
This has been the best service thus far! Chance addressed all my concerns and was watchful of my car to help get me out of the service department.

I received text confirmation of my service appointment , but it was not on the appointment list for March 26 when I checked in. Thankfully, the service on my vehicle was squeezed in anyway.

Every part of the process went smoothly.
They always do a good job. But this time they failed to notice my windshield wipers were not working correctly. I will have to call and try to bring the car back in. I'm handicapped so this is a little difficult for me. I like my little Prius C . This was supposed to be the 50,000 mile checkup so I thought they would check it out really good
we just waited longer than expected today but the staff explained that they were under staff today

$600 is a bit pricey I have swapped many batteries in past cars but at 86 and a bad back I thought why not let you do it. It's possible that being a pris prime it caused more of a labor problem that I was not aware of.
It does not appear that washer fluid was topped off though the paperwork showed it was and I had to not accept car when turned over for it was not washed as told it would be… service counter got it washed and we were on our way. At home I checked the fluids and found the washer fluid lower than expected though I do not know level when we brought in.
We never saw the tech or talked to him only the service counter.
