Joseph was great. Work was done earlier than expected and I appreciate there being a loaner vehicle so I can go home for 5 hours instead of stay and wait at the dealership.

This is the second time we have had the same problem with this vehicle. I brought it in for service several weeks ago and we agreed it needed to be brought in when the problem occurred again. My wife did and was told your service dept did not have time to fix it that day but to schedule another appointment which we did. When we delivered the vehicle to uou a third time Nic texted me that he was there to support, so when i called he was out to lunch. He was supposed to call me back and he never did so I had to call again. When I finally talked to him he said i said they needed the car for one more day and qouted me $600 for a job that should be covered by our toyata care plan which we informed him of the first day when the car was dropped of. He had not ordered the part yet, so we had to wait over the weekend for the part to get delivered and repair our vehicle. Overall service from Nic was poor and I talked to a manager named Rich to took care of us properly. This is the first time owning a Toyota that I have been dissappointed in the service dept.
