Two things: When I began the search for service, Tacoma Toyota put me through n hold three times, and, when they finally answered, the **** the other end knew nothing about trucks and insisted I produce a VIN before scheduling…well I was at work and did not have access to my vehicle, so I hung up.You folks answered right away. I then went to the website and scheduled my appointment. Later, when I could, I called you with a VIN.Here’s the real test for you, and the absolute deciding factor - if I am specific about the problem, and I only want specific things replaced/prepared, would you do it with a $189 diagnostic fee…..and you did….no fee. Done deal, and I brought it the next day. The personal texts you allowed from Nic were also appreciated.
