Kennedy was very helpful but thought everything was OK with my car. Turned out the plastic frame on the passenger seat which was getting repaired under a warranty recall, was broken during the repair. The damage was not reported to Kennedy. I just wish the mechanic had reported the damage done to the seat, which now still needs to be repaired. Karen R

My car was supposed to be done in 3 hrs and took 5.5hrs. No one called me to provide an update. I had to call and try and find out the status. Which required a few different people and two callbacks.

I was told that it was a 20-30 minute job on a recalll.
I made an appointment. Upon arrival with a 10:00 I was told 1 hour. After 11:45 we were told it needed more stuff done (my husband can replace the battery at 1/3 the cost they quoted) and had not even started on it. It was 12:10 before we were done. Having moved from the Oregon coast and being treated well and promptly at the Toyota dealer there it did not impress us with this new to us, local dealership .
