Jessica has been the person who greeted me twice now. The first time I had kids with me and she showed me how to get to a park nearby in case the kids wanted to play. Both times she was nice and professional.

I was disappointed that my service took so long and cost so much, with that said, Rebecca did an excellent job of explaining the problem and why it to so long to get to the root cause. Larson Toyota in Tacoma added an aftermarket pulse brake light, this turned out to be the root cause. Do you think I should file a complaint with Toyota?

Not a big deal- they definitely took care of the main problem but I had a couple of minor issues that I mentioned that were not addressed but they can wait until my next scheduled maintenance appointment.

Honestly, i'm not satisfied and geatful about puyallup service. My complain was not resolved, instead he just say there is a pressure in the brake system that triggers that effect and say "ITS NORMAL". I've driven several Hybrid LEs and Venza but did not feel that in the brakes. Looks like the so called "expert" did not even bother to check my car because im closely monitoring the vehicles status and mileage while in your service, it did not move after 10am friday and my car sits until tuesday afternoon. Looks like he panicked my i said im going out of state in the next 2 days and just guess diagnose my car to pull it out. Service is frustrating for the first time new vehicle owner

I feel that the service was okay, I don’t feel that it was anything above and beyond. Upon checking in I was offered a car wash which I accepted but never received. On my summary of services a car wash was listed that it had been completed.
