She was professional and courteous and went one step above by retrieving our vehicle when it was parked across the lot. We are disabled veterans. Somehow the staff fails to note we are authorized users of disabled persons parking.
I had arrived at the service drop-off a few minutes early for my appointment so I was worried about being seen on time with several cars already ahead of me, despite the early-morning hour. After having my odometer read, I barely had time to get in the front door before I was quickly greeted by Elizabeth and promptly checked in with all my particulars. Seemingly no sooner than I had sat down in the lobby, Elizabeth came to tell me that the service was complete and answered any questions I had. Excellent service advisors like Elizabeth and other Toyota employees are part of the reason I trust Toyota and have brought my Tacoma to Toyota of Puyallup for many years and will continue bringing my Tacoma to Toyota of Puyallup in the future.
I was very impressed with your service with one exception. I had a new battery installed but the clock wasn’t set to the correct time after the battery was installed.
Andrea Carranza was great! Your service guys on the other hand need a lesson in how to wash a vehicle properly. They forgot half of the tail gate and didn't fully wash the passenger side mirror or rear window. If I didn't have another appt this afternoon I would have gone back inside to have it fixed.
