Jessica was very thorough and reasolvwd my tire leak issue very effectively. She kept me informed of the actions and updated me while I was waiting.
I was very impressed with the service department staff - very friendly indeed. Everyone I encountered while waiting for my car to be serviced were super friendly.
Andrea was helpful and updated all my information. She let me know what was to be done and gave me an estimated time and asked if I had questions and would let me know when it was complete. Excellent customer service.
I did not have to wait so long to get out I do appreciate that thank you but I do not like where you cannot pay cash there I do not like it that one bit

u said u couldn't find coolant leak I found it 2 minutes after i got home with vehicle I could see it leaking on the ground i crawled under truck and could see where ut was leaking from very incompetent techs u have working there at your dealership
