Andrea was great. She was very polite, got me through the paperwork quickly, and filled me in on all of the details of my service.
The lines when you pick up your vehicle are confusing. I thought I had to be in the 'Repair' line and NOT the express line. I waited for about 5 people to get in front of me because the lady at the counter didn't say anything to me. I felt like an idiot and it was a crappy experience to end an expensive day.

I came in to service my AC for my Scion xb. They found a leak in the condenser. Which was $1,100 +tax additional. The condenser is $300, I couldn't afford that repair and was charger for the AC service that couldn't be completed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Thank you.

There is a mark on my car that happened during service. It looks like air hose was dragged or stretched over the top and left a dark scuff mark. Also car wash doesn't do a very good job on the back of the vehicle. Regards, Andrea and Kevin Godfrey
