Jessica was very helpful in answering my questions and I appreciated that good customer service. My only qualm I have is I was at the dealership for almost three hours. I realize the technicians were taking a look at the recall item on the 2023 Tacoma models and I had an oil change performed as well. I don’t know if the issue was there was a shortage of technicians availabile .

The young lady that drove my car to the front, had no customer service skills.. no smile, I told her thank you, she said, “I need to see your receipt,” again no smile on her face or voice, she said, “have a good day” as if it was forced. I know I shouldn’t be surprised with today’s younger generation, but I am getting tired of the non social skills. Maybe she is on the spectrum? Everyone has a story but when it comes to social skills, don’t work in customer service if it’s not your thing.

Took almost 4 hours to complete my oil change. I was told it was only going to be 1.5-2hrs. Was not told of the extra time it was going to take. Also was told an additional $70 will be added to my total with the extra maintenance added on, with was fine. Total ended up being over $350, that’s almost triple the amount! The last 30min of waiting was just waiting for the paperwork to finish, which seems way too long for that. Not sure I will be back for my next oil change/maintenance if it’s going to be like this next time.

Have always enjoyed the level of service, for the price. However, with the recent price increase and the elimination of the punchcard, I’ll probably be getting my service done somewhere else from now on.
