I bought rims warranty with you guys and I asked to get me an appointment to repair my rims today and no one of your service people can get me the appointment to fix it. It sounds like you guys don’t honor your warranty or may don’t have enough experience!

The young lady that greeted us when we arrived was very unprofessional in her demeanor. The person sitting next to me in the waiting room had the same impression I did. In fact he brought it up to me. Everything else was fine

I was told it was going to be a 1 1/2 hour appointment, it ended up being almost double that. Also to wait that long and the issue wth my passenger side door not unlocking was not fixed which means I'll have to eventually go in a 3rd time for the same thing and have to wait again. Sorry, but I'm not happy with the service this time around

Andrea was really great. The actual service of my Rav4 was very good. The person that checked me in. I think she said her name was Christina after I asked, did a very poor job of greeting me. No greeting what so ever, while holding an arm full of trash. She needs to work in an area where she does not interact with customers. While waiting, one other customer said he had similar experience, so I'm pretty sure it was not just me.

The tech used my security lug socket and left the entire lug wrench in the trunk without putting it back, when parked over night the vehicle leaked some oil onto my driveway.
