Services were recommended that had already been completed. Technicians did not check the plugs before saying they needed to be replaced. I still have problems with the brake job that your people completed over a year ago. I am not sure if I will ever bring this car back to you again.
I was pretty frustrated that it took 40 mins to get my keys after I paid. Especially, because I had my 2 young kids with me. I told the representative via text I would be there at 3pm when she texted to say my car was ready. 1 arrived at 255 and was done paying at 3pm and was told to sit in the waiting room and my keys would be brought out. I went up to the representative at 340 and asked when I would get my car and the keys were there for who knows how long while I waited.

Got my new car (that has 0 scratches/ dents on it) back with dents and covered in oil. Very disappointed, now if we got a loaner and returned it with a scratch/ dent, you would charge us money for it.

Will never take my Toyotas here again. Consistently told me I had the same thing wrong with my car over 3 times and then lied to me about what the issue was to try and get more money. I am a single mom raising two kids who one of which is not even my own. They take advantage of woman for sure.
