The appt was originally quoted at around an hour. When I checked in, I was told up to 2 hours due to staffing shortages but it wasn’t likely to take that long. At 2 hours, I checked in and my car had not been started and all mechanics were at lunch. My car was finished just under 3 hours from when I arrived.
I realize this was unexpected and know that the staff present did their best to take care of customers. My recommendation if you have unexpected staff shortages again, is to call customers to inform them of increased wait times and ask if they want to reschedule. I’m sure many would have and it would have reduced the wait times for those who kept their appt.
I am expecting info from **** on the trade in value.

However, the maintenance technician or whomever screwed up the " white pin box" pop up on my infotainment screen. Now it pops up when I am driving and covers the maps. Very annoying and dangerous.
If she was my service writer here going forward I would be more than happy.

Only moved here less than a year ago from Arizona and this service is outstanding. Excellent service when I bought new tires. Put my new license plate on for me. Great oil change appointment. Then today when I knew my battery was going out, everyone went out of their way to help me and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. I have always owned Toyotas and have had great service , but the Puyallup dealership is the best and kindness service of them all. You all go above and is a joy to do business with Thank you so much
There are two bolts and one locking push pin that holds the front cover on the bolts were reinstalled but the push pin is missing. And
time I come in I ask to have the drive line greased and am told it been 15000 mile so they don’t do it yet. If someone requests something done it should be. I tow a small boat and a utility trailer occasionally and wanted it done. Every one is really nice there, but I don’t really care what a computer says I want things done when I want them done. I am the customer and I am paying for the services I want. You guys certainly have not earned my trust or continued business. I shouldn’t have to crawl under and check on your work but with the push pin missing I guess I still have to do. Any one Sean my missing push pin and how do I get it replaced.
