The service and repair were satisfactory. However, it’s disappointing that a known problem with the touchscreen display has continued to be released in new vehicles for several years. There is documentation that this issue has continued for over 5 years.

I think that a $200 an hour labor rate is absurd. Google says the national average is between $75-150. I have serviced all my Toyota’s with your dealership, and this feels greedy.

At 105k miles I was told I needed a transmission flush, tech today said that is part of 120k service. Bad info? Do techs get a commission on bringing in more funds/service?

Elisabeth explained that they were short handed and it would take 2 hours for my service . I really appreciated the heads up. I actually called that morning and was able to get in the same day which was surprising . Service is always a pleasure at this dealership .
