I love the care and excellent customer service, from contacting me when it’s time for maintenance, greetings and smiles from staff, and even a free car wash! I trust Toyota of Puyallup to take great care of my car and to handle any problem that should arise. ????

I had a appointment for a service , and the truck was supposed to be washed . When they brought me the truck it was still dirty, even though on the paper work it said it was washed .did not want to argue with anyone because the service took to long to do also .

Kennedy was incredible. I actually felt lucky that she was the one to help me. As a woman, having to do business in a historically typical male dominated establishment, it was a breath of fresh air to find a smart, competent, knowledgeable, and professional woman to do business with. I felt like Kennedy actually cared about my situation. She was kind and went the extra mile. That is excellent customer service with leadership qualities. I would come back to this dealership because of her. On a side note, I did speak with a few men there who I would consider to be crass, short, and rude. If it wasn’t for Kennedy and another woman I spoke to working there, I would strongly consider finding another place. Please continue to hire smart and capable women leaders who make the stressful car service/dealership experience much more pleasant for customers like myself. Kennedy deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. Promote her while you're at it.

We brought the car in on your suggestion/schedule and spent approximately 2:1/2 hours doing so just to have the brakes checked, tire pressure checked, and fluids checked. No oil change. So now I need to come back in 5K miles. Doesn’t seem quite right to me. Oh they also rotated my brand new tires that my wife told them did not need to be rotated.

There is an issue with my tail light filling with water that should be covered under warranty and toyota is charging me for it.
