My service experience showed substandard communication of the service team with me and its own team members, and lack of professionalism (releasing my vehicle as having work completed only to be told the next day, after I contacted the team with questions, that the installation actually was not completed before paperwork closed out as though it was). This left me with a serious distrust of other installation/work that I cannot visualize but am told was also completed.
Joseph did a good job. Vehicle was done in a timely fashion.

A disappointing experience, very different than I've experienced before.
$200 for a diagnostic was **** steep. I get that there's probably a minimum charge but Holy ****. And I just had my drive train and differentials serviced with you guys not too long ago. This is actually the first time I have not been satisfied with Toyota.

Center counsel on ceiling where sunroof controls loose and some other peice by rearveiw mirror out of place
