Lack of communication- originally told the appointment would be approximately 3 hours - I had no communication until I called to find out how much longer it would be when I hadn’t heard anything at 3.5 hours after dropping car off- I had arranged for your shuttle to come get me but again no communication so I got an Uber - dropped car off at 9:20 am for a 9:30 appointment finally drove off the lot at 2:50 pm
I had to cancel 2 clients which cost me $120 then the $ 27 for Uber-very frustrating! I am a business owner myself being self employed so this was shocking to me the lack of consideration for my time and how it affected my ability to get to my clients.
Jessica was a fabulous rep. She was great. The issue was that it took over 2 hours for my truck with 755 miles, no need for oil change, no need for tire rotation, no need for any service for its first service, and checking the welds for the splatter recall. That is absolutely bananas bad for an express service. It really made me want to take my truck in the future to a dealer closer to Tacoma.

Hello, I brought my vehicle in to do break inspection when I left there. Gentleman told me there’s nothing wrong with. It was a little dusty did dust it off. My brakes are still squeaking.

My experience getting my car serviced was excellent. Chance was friendly and professional. My car was ready actually early from the estimated time he gave me which was nice. Plus the free car wash made my Highlander look brand new. I bought the car from Toyota of Tacoma, but from previous experience with my 2010 Prius I bought from Toyota of Puyallup, I began having my Highlander serviced in Puyallup. Staff is always friendly and I appreciate the quality service.

I was very happy with how the recent service on my 2018 Camry went. However, I am concerned that the battery problem was not caught at the May service I had on that car.
