We have a service package and evertime we come to get an oil change after 5000 miles they say we should wait to 10k which is way too long. Plz stop telling us to change our oil 10k. When we signed the agreement it never said we had to change at 10k

I’ve been a customer at this Toyota dealership and service center for 17 years.
Kennedy did an excellent job of getting me settled in and keeping me updated as the service work was being done.. it was a long job.. around four hours.. She’s a “keeper” .. I’d be happy to work with her anytime again.

Service was great. Rebecca had to go get a service person because the sensor came back on. The gentleman came out and pushed some buttons and the sensor wouldn’t go off. He pushed some buttons and the signal light finally went off. I drove to work and the hasn’t came back on so he makes it work.

It would be nice if you didn't have to push the drivers seat all the way back, down, and change the tilt. It's one thing if the mechanic needs a little room and moved the seat back but to change every setting seems overkill. Otherwise service was great. Just takes a while to dial in the seat to only have to start from scratch again.
Jimmy, nick, and Becca were awesome. Although I wish when jimmy was transferred to another department they communicated better on updating me as we were waiting for the part to come in.
