The prices have gotten a little to high here in America, especially for Japanese motors, but let me tell you, the service that Joseph provides, look, I know his name is Joseph or Joe, that’s not his fault, but he looks like a great, amazing, Toyota employee, my car door looks better than any car door in history. These people may be the best car door fixers *ever* I’m very happy with the amazing service, and if you’re lucky, depending on how things turn out, come November, I’ll be back and stronger and better than ever for an oil change. We could have the best oil change in the history of oil changes all thanks to Mr. Helm, and we all know we could make that happen.

When we bought the Tundra we haggeled a bit and agreed to split the front end coating for a full hood coating rather than just a 1/4 cover. When I dropped off the truck for coating I took the service representative out in the drop off area, told her we negotiated a full hood cove up to the I-MAX emblems. When I picked up my truck that afternoon the rock chip protection was only the standard 1/4 way chip protection. I went to the Sales Manager I dealt with was at his position, I revisited the deal, he didn’t recall the deal and told me to talk to service representative, she had gone home for the night, I left a message to have her call me, still waiting. Becca was great. When she called me and told me the problem and the charges, I was upset. Not because of her, but because I was not feeling well at all and dumped on her. She was gracious and professional. She is a great asset for Toyota.

Brought in for fuel line recall mainly. When completed asked what work was done and was told “everything was completed”. When picking up vehicle found out a part needed to be ordered causing me to bring it back in a week later. No Toyota is close to me, it takes avg 4 hours for one visit to drop off/pick back up. I was told that on next visit they would fill my tank up(recall required tank to be below 1/4) tank was only filled to 3/4 as that’s all they are allowed to spend. I still have to bring it back for the final fix once parts are available and then again probably again for the engine debris recall. Disappointed in the truck, most recalls I’ve ever had to deal with on one vehicle.

The fact that I was left sitting there for an hour and a half to ba told my car was not done. More work needed to be done before the wheel alignment could be done. All said and done my $139 wheel alignment turns into a $1,700 job! Not sure if this is switch and bait or what. Seems Toyota dealer sips are good at that!

Becca was very friendly but I waited over an hour and even then I had to go up to Becca to inquire if the problem was found and fixed or not. I still don’t think the problem with the temperature is fixed. I also wasn’t happy to hear that my car had to be “jumped” to get it started to be brought out to me when I paid to leave.
