Quick and satisfactory service there.
I believe my car needed oil change because had been 5000 since last one they told me no.
First off, this is the second time l got an oil change my truck, Both times I am yet to be called that my truck is done. The second time they can’t even find my keys. Service told me that they would leave the keys with sales so I can pick up my truck later. They did not do that, even said it on the notes for my truck. I sat in sales for 30 minutes because they didn’t know where they were. Not happy with the customer service so far. Especially since I used to work in both sales and service for Titus Will.

I was told my oil change would take an hour and a half. I waited an hour and forty five minutes. Nobody came to me. I saw my car was out front. I think I was forgot. So I went to the desk. Then, l waited ten minutes later . I got my bill. What was done wasn’t explained. I had to ask questions. The girl that helped me then did a good job. There was a nice worker in the lobby. The work done on my car was good though. Usually when I go there they check in with me a lot sooner.

Was very pleased with Rebecca during this service. When they let her know that they needed my car another day, she went out of her way to make sure we got a loaner car until our car was done.

The staff are well train , fast service, I’ll recommend anyone who own a Toyota vehicle to take it to pull up Puyallup Toyota for service, continue to lot let your customers feel happy… receptionist I didn’t get her name, I’m telling you she’s amazing staff.
I requested my vehicle be hand washed and it was sprayed with a hose and not washed at all. I recommend not offering a hand wash if it won't be completed.
After my service I got into my new truck and the driver seat location changed drastically, my climate control was changed, steering wheel location changed and my wipers were turned on and grime was brushed across my windshield. My appointment was for a key fob program. No one should be messing with my truck. Not happy!

I loved everything about my visit. They got me in and out. I like the fact that it’s not just an oil change. They replaced a couple filters, let me know that I’m gonna need break service done. I love bringing my vehicle there for service.
