It was my first time getting service with you all. I didn’t know to pull the car into the garage. So I went to the front desk guy and asked what to do. He was impressive how respectful he handled my question. I was thankful for his service.
I was treated well. Had to go to sales dept to resolve computer issues It would not update for daylight savings and CarPlay was in need of help.

My car service was good. I came a little early to my appointment and just in case of traffic. They service my car what maintenance it needed and waiting for an hour. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Too long to type. Part of it was I was told everything was done but some paperwork. I waited 25 minutes after that.

I walked in and there were 7 full stalls of workers no one else waiting to get check in and they said they would be right with me. They all looked at each other like it's your churn. I was not called after my diagnostic was complete. I had to call the next day. The employee then told me that she wasn't sure why no one called but that my car did need repairs. I approved the repairs and she said it would be done later that day. Again I did not receive a call. I called back the following day and they said yes the car is ready for pickup. I went to the office to pick up and again I was told we will be right with you while the employee stared down at her computer. She didn't contact anyone to come help without even asking me what I was there for. Once I picked my vehicle up and drove off I noticed where I had a very small Crack had now run the length of the windshield. I asked to speak to the advisor and he said that happens because of heat and he could guarantee that is wasn't anything they had done. I am assuming it happened when they took the vehicle through the carwash. All I was told was that I could speak to a manager on Monday.
