They left my cabin filter in the shop and left my glove box on the floor of my car. I understand things happen, but how did the person driving my car to a spot not notice? The man who checked me in was fantastic.
Things happen and no one is perfect, we are always improving as humans. It was quite a shock to believe your vehicle is done and it’s not.

Simply had a 75,000 mile service done. Was recommended a few items (some of which were NOT needed, yet marked in red. I decided to let them change spark plugs. As soon as I got my car back, it was instantly different. There was an odd sputtering and shake every minute or so and car would idle low and almost felt like it was going to die. It has NEVER done this in the 14 years I have owned it. I called and let them know, and they said to bring it back in. Long story short, the tech came outside and heard and felt what I was talking about. He took it back and an hour and a half later I was told by the service advisor it was better. Well it wasn't . In fact, it's possibly worse! Let me say that I am a LONG time customer. I am sickened by this incident. I'm not sure what they did to my car but it's not the same at all. My faith in Puyallup Toyota is no more.
Nic was great but after driving with the new tires I have a vibrating that was not there before. I scheduled an appointment for you to look at it next Wednesday

Treated with courtesy and good knowledge of my car and my needs. Made sure to pick an oil change plan that reflects the use of my car and the usual span between services. I appreciate the heads up on when I may need to buy tires so I can budget for them. Great service as always.
