I was 45 minutes early. Andrea checked me in and was careful to explain that she could not promise an earlier completion. I appreciate the information. The check in was efficient and professional as was the follow up and explanation of the health report. We purchased this car in Puyallup in large part because of the great service we we had received on previous vehicles.

We understand that in the service industry, you need someone who can take the brunt of issues that come through your shop. 1. The call line and service are not on the same page.
2. I requested three things to be done when I made my appointment. When I arrived at the service center in Puyallup Toyota, they didn’t know what was going to be accomplished.
3. I know what quality Toyota service looks like and this was not it. If you want to shadow a quality Toyota service center, go to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston SC.
Everyone there are kind and professional. Glad the cookies are back too by the way.

Needed xtra key made, astounded at the cost. I got an email for 15%off accessories, called to see if it applies, no but then manager would allow it. I was expecting almost $90 off as times are really tough right now but only got 15% off labor totaling$37. While very appreciated it still not exactly honoring the coupon as I thought. Then waiting for my car in the lobby, half the people weren’t told their car was ready, customers saw the car parked and had to ask to see if car was ready, cars were and mine being one of them. I also had a punch card for a free oil change you are no longer doing-going all pre-paid- why are you taking away the smallest incentives from customers? Crazy!! On the punch card, I was on the last punch so now I’m on a free one-I doubt that, you’ll find a way to charge me for something to keep the building and number of staff . Disappointed that Toyota couldn’t take the full 15% off the equipment as well

I had asked to have Jessica confirm my home address could be put into the “home” setting before I left to verify the repair / update had been completed. This setting functioned prior to me bringing my truck for the initial service the week before. She would not. I have been thru this a couple of years ago with your service department. After discussing the situation with Toyota brand engagement and connected services I am under the impression there IS something wrong with the chip. It has been tampered with or is not the one that was originally in my vehicle. There are quite a few things to going on with the app that point to this . I will be contacting you or expect you may be prompted to contact me in the next couple of days.
