They had the truck for three weeks and the backseat and floorboards were filthy. You couldn’t even clean it up and it sat in your lot for who knows how long as well and you couldn’t run it through your car wash either. and I know you finished working on it Tuesday morning, but you didn’t call me to tell me it was available till Wednesday morning

Just that my car was done and I waited for someone to come out with paperwork and they never did. I went to desk to inquire and my paperwork was there. Maybe someone was on lunch? Not sure?

You keep calling me Brian. My name is Ryan. I gave you my drivers license and you wrote it on my loaner car rental agreement. I’ve responded to your texts twice now telling you this. That’s how I know you don’t actually read these things. I’m also frustrated that Toyota of Puyallup chose not to warranty my bed panels. They said both panels were cracked. Obviously so. That’s why I needed them fixed. I just bought the truck. I have no idea why they came loose but they obviously did. I’m not going to pay $1100 for you to stick a piece of plastic onto a piece of metal. I’m not sure what to do about this. I don’t know who decides what to warranty. Maybe it’s up to the technician or the service advisor. Maybe it’s up to the people that sit at the desk in the customer lounge who don’t appear to do anything. Either way it’s something that broke while the vehicle was under warranty and should be fixed under warranty. I want to take this issue further up the chain but the truck is almost out of warranty now. The loaner van smelled like cigarette smoke. That was frustrating but I was afraid to say anything because I didn’t want to get blamed for it. I know I was told no smoking and no pets. Evidently some people don’t adhere to those rules. It seems like somebody could have cleaned it out before giving to me

Bringing my car in to have things checked out is always a positive experience. Everyone is so good about explaining everything because I basically know very little about mechanical stuff. They have my trust. Nic makes things easy to understand.
