All good. Nice to visit the service department where everything is clean, organized, and the agent is not smoking at the window.
I needed tire repair. I called service twice and was told to just come in, that I didn’t need an appointment. When I came in the next day, I was told that I needed an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the next day, as there were no appointments for the same day. When I came in for the appointment, it took quite a while until your representative came out and told me they couldn’t find a leak. Turned out they were looking at the wrong tire. In total, I was there for 2 hours for a tire repair and was late for a medical appointment.
Andrea was professional and courteous in her performance of her job duties.
Great job as always, friendly staff, always follows up and keeps me updated, quick and efficient. I never take my cars anywhere else.
Everything was great, but we were given an estimate when we dropped it off and it was $150 more when we went to pay, thankfully Nic Galletti was able to fix the issue. We were also called about needing a coolant flush, but I had just taken my car in for a 90,000 mile checkup and it was marked as ok and nothing was said a month prior when that was done.

Nicolas Galletti it's always very helpful every time I've been in there for service. He recognizes me, and addresses me by name. He always keeps me in the loop with any additional problems or any follow-up questions and his help is very much appreciated. I will always choose to take my car to the Toyota Puyallup service station and even purchase my cars at Toyota PR because of the helpfulness of the employees.
I was told that the repair would take 1 hour plus, I waited for 90 minutes when an employee came and told me the wrong part was ordered. I would have to come back another time. NO Apologies. Certainly not good business.

My truck experienced something a couple days after service. I called and the employee said tow it down. Once it arrived I met with the tech. This was almost at closing time. He took my information, could tell I was a bit upset and was a true professional. Did try to get away from the truck being service , or make excuses. Called the next day, and my wife picked it up with no problems. I was happy when I bought from ToP, and now am impressed with your service department.
