I bought a brand new Toyota. Vinza. The passenger mirror was broken. I brought it in and you guys charge me for the mirror I do not understand it's a brand new car.
It should have had a warranty. Is this what I have to look forward to?

I bought the 5 service plan but after I signed the paper noticed the paper said it was for the 3 service plan. I sure hope it was fixed.
I have had to bring in my vehicle three times for various reasons, fortunately for me, Nicolas has been the rep that’s has helped me each time. He seems very knowledgeable and always kept me updated. Highly appreciated.
Kennedy Golden was very polite and professional. She explained what was going to be done to my vehicle and provided the cost of the service beforehand.
Kennedy provided excellent service as she was able to quickly get my vehicle into the service queue when I showed up a day earlier than scheduled. She communicated clearly that the wait could be up to 2 hours and managed expectations well.

The old sticker was left on my seat. The results of my service weren’t fully explained. I could tell there is a change in your operation since my last service.
So far everything looks good and the car is braking better.
See you next oil change. Puyallup Toyota is the best! I am on Tacoma number two from here. My 2001 was bought here after my work buddies referred me. Traded it back to Puyallup for my 2017..... Maybe a Tundra next...if my 2017 doesn't outlive me!

Chance and Andrea are wonderful service advisors. The issue I experienced was with the technician team. I had an oil change on 6/8/2024. I drive my vehicle a lot of miles so maintenance is needed more frequently. I have never had an issue in the previous visits to the Toyota of Puyallup dealer, so I continue to visit them. However, upon returning home and in the following weeks after my visit and oil change on 6/8/2024 I noticed a small leak of oil on my garage floor. Liam Carkeek was the technician who allegedly performed the service. I was very displeased with this visit as I felt that it was rushed and I was treated like an inconvenience. Review of my multi point inspection sheet shows multiple inconsistencies and things that were either skipped over or just not checked. I know this because I always compare my inspection sheets from the previous inspection and keep them for maintenance records. I showed up before my scheduled appointment time and waited patiently.I understand it is a busy environment but why is my vehicle maintenance being rushed when I’m in-trusting Toyota with my vehicle and maintenance at the promised time. I transport my children in my vehicle and I expect a reputable maintenance service as Toyota presents when I in-trust them with my vehicle. However I did not receive that on 6/8/2024. Upon visiting again for more routine maintenance on 8/17, after running completely out of oil almost causing engine damage. I was informed the leak was cause of the “oil drain plug not being tightened all the way “ this would be a direct error of Mr.Carkeek when performing the maintenance work on 6/8/2024. Please address this issue with the involved parties and the inconsistencies, as well as complete lack of service requirements and care for the customers Toyota serves. This is completely unacceptable and could have caused further issues with the vehicle at customers expense due to TOYOTA Technician's blatant disregard. Thank you.
