Along with the 5000 mile service, I arrived with a tire low on air pressure. When the service was complete, I was told that they couldn’t patch the tire because they didn’t have the correct tool and they were also unable to rotate the spare tire because they were unable to locate the tool to lower the spare from under the vehicle. I was told to go to a Discount Tire right away to get it patched. I did that, where I waited for two hours to get service. When Discount Tire removed the wheel, there was no puncture. It turns out, Toyota of Puyallup swapped the flat and the spare and did not reset the TPWS to indicate tire pressures correctly. Needless to say, I didn’t wait longer for Discount to patch the flat tire because it wasn’t until I reset the TPWS when I was able to confirm its location on the vehicle.
I was welcomed in a very professional way and everything went well. Truly grateful.

Best service I have had since I was going to Toyota, the last the sits in the middle of the two desk (forgot her name ) to left when you walk in from dropping off your car, gave me the best customer service I have revived and I have been there since 2016, she greeted me and was polite and patient and gave me all the proper information about my visit and gave clear instructions . After my car was done she went of her way to find me and give me all the info and paper work and keys so that I could go ! BEST EVER!
Excellent service. Proactively solved an issue. The Burien Toyota did not order a second key. He brought this up before I could even mention it. The Toyota brand and customer service were obviously important to Ben. I have owned 5 Toyotas. 2 from your dealership. It is where my next will come from.
Toyota of Puyallup is amazing
This was my first 5000 mile check up for this vehicle. So they really didn't do much in this visit. There wasn't even an oil change. But at least they got me out in under an hour.
Joseph was just fine. It seems the shop is looking for a rattle in my driver side mirror when the truck is being driven, even after I have said it rattles when I shut the door. I showed this to 2 different people at my appt. If that’s the way the mirror is supposed to be that’s ok but it wasn’t that way when I took delivery. Also, I was less than happy to say the least when I say my “maintenance required” light on as I was leaving. According to the sticker on my windshield, I need an oil service in about 500 miles (the date on the sticker is actually the 14th, when I had my truck in! Couldn’t this have been done rather than me making another appointment in a couple of weeks?
