Jessica provided excellent customer service, she went over and above the call of duty and returned to light bulb that wasn’t working. She gets 5+ stars for great customer service.
What I don’t understand is why it cost me $268.00 to replace the drivers side light bulb in my 2019 Toyota 4Runner that I bought from Toyota of Puyallup and I have only had it serviced there for almost five years.
When I brought it in, it shouldn’t have cost me $175.00 to run diagnostics to put a new bulb in. I should get a refund. The cost should have only been $86.00 for parts and labor.

Fast, friendly and efficient
To change air cleaners in cab and outside of cab way too expensive it does not take that long to do not car washing there not vacuuming there one stop shopping is gone away. That’s not what you guaranteed me when I bought the car there I asked you guys several times and you told me washing cars and vacuum would never stop. I was looking at buying another car but I think I’ll be looking someplace else to say to say that

It was a great experience. Just needed a quick service for tire rotation and car inspection. It was a bit busy but they still were able to do it quickly. The guy at the service desk was nice and friendly.
Have you considered a quiet room for adults, rather than a children's play room? I had some phone calls that I needed to make, but the only suitable place was outside, and there isn't enough seating out there.

Waited 2 1/2 hours with a scheduled apt. on second a visit to fix a light that wasn’t fixed on the first apt. I never should have taken that long.
Toyota of Puyallup’s service department, under the leadership of Rich Conley, is the finest Toyota service experience in the South Sound. I can’t imagine a more caring, more competent, service experience! We’re so lucky to have this resource in our backyard!
