Your tech greased up my headliner, scratched my door panel, scratched my seat panel, by the area where you move the seat. Not even an actual real apology by Rich, just get this lady out of here. Took my car days later to the detail person, looks like they spent about 20 min on my car, left in lot with the door and windows locked up and just sat all day. I have the app, so I know. Pick me he car up and the only thing that looks to be done, is the grease is gone. Seat stick scratched and the door still has the marks, and the door rail.

Andrea was excellent. Always have a good attitude every time I come in. The reason for my dissatisfaction was the price. The last oil change I had cost $110. Today I paid $142. Just for an oil change. I had been a customer at Puyallup Toyota for over 20 years and bought about 4 vehicles there. I believe this will be the last time Im coming there.
My passangers Mirror was broken on the Vi noticed.
It. I don't know about 3 months after I had the car and it wasn't covered under the car just before. We went on a 3 month vacation, so we weren't driving it.

Andrea did a good job and recorded my concern accurately. My direct question was "Why am I hearing a grinding from the passenger side front wheel when I go over speed bump?" It seems we did not get a direct answer from the mechanic stating or suggesting why the grating noise is happening. One could deduce from the recommended work that something was out of alignment. But that seems incomplete -- the alignment could be restored and there could still be grinding. This is taking multiple appointments to resolve, which is time- consuming and thus slightly annoying. Seems like the Master Mechanic analysis could have been scheduled simultaneously or in conjunction with the initial appointment. That is not meant to take away from the staff's wonderful professional demeanor, which is much appreciated. The breakout of costs in the "Found Issues" was confusing -- I would appreciate a 2-column approach showing part costs in one column and labor in the other. In my case, the amount to replace 2 tires was wrong by $600+. In sum, there seems to be a lack of experience and teamwork which results in not "getting it right the first time".
Ben did a great job assisting me on what looked like a crazy day in the service dept..He gave me his email & card so once my work schedule is figured out I can get in touch with him to schedule my brakes getting done. Thank you for a wonderful store with excellent service.
