I arrived 17 minutes late and had called and I was told that was fine. The person that checked me told me he had to get approval. The shop bat had no cars when I drove in. It started filling up after. The guy took 10 minutes walking around and couldn’t get approval and then was horribly rude to me. When I got in my truck there were items from the glove department inside my truck. I was in a hurry so I just left. Then after leaving I went to get my handicap placard as I had a serious ankle surgery last year and my air filter in my truck was replaced. Everything was everywhere in my glove box. A metal sign I had was actually bent. It took me to stop my vehicle and search to find the placard. My husband and I are waiting for his vehicle to come in as we have aleady put a down payment on it at this dealership. The sales team seems very nice however it has made to stop to think if we should buy here. I Every time I come the experience gets worse and worse. I was going to call but it doesn’t seem like anyone in the service department gives a crap.

PLEASE!!! Ask your TECHS NOT TO ADJUST MY SEAT FOR THEIR COMFORT!! It’s so frustrating to get back in my car and the seat is slid back and the seat back is layed down. Your customer service desk people are great!! Smiling, friendly people are very much appreciated!

An improvement would be to call me when the car is completed as promised at the beginning of the appointment. Also, include a list of things the service tech checked and the state of it as you include in your routine maintenance paperwork with the receipt.

Worst experience I’ve had here. When I walked in and to the desk, neither agent acknowledged my presence…no eye contact, no greeting, no we’ll be right with you. It was approximately 5 minutes before one of them acknowledged my presence. Then I was sent to the front desk for check in. Another agent with no eye contact and minimal words; even a bit snarky when I made a comment on how busy is appeared. Another employee sitting nearby texting on his phone. I felt like I was a bother. I ended up being there 1 hour 40 minutes for what is usually a 45 minute appointment. We used to get several texts to let us know of the status of our vehicle being worked on. Nothing. To add to all this, no car wash, no vacuum anymore and no Brown Bear car wash coupon as stated was given on my paperwork. Very disappointed to the point of I will not be returning for service or new car buying. Oh, and air conditioning blowing overhead in the lobby where I was sitting (on a chilly day.) I had to go outside and stand as it was warmer outside. It feels like puyallup Toyota has given up on customer service. Auburn Toyota is so much better. The entire experience there beats Puyallup by leaps and bounds. Sorry for the poor review but I feel honesty is due here.

After they completed the warranty scheduled maintenance the vehicle fasten seatbelt light would not turn off. They did not have anyone immediately available to find out why so I have to bring it back, which is scheduled for this coming Tuesday.
