well to start with my wife asked that text msgs go to her phone # and this is not her number. i was not at the appt but my wife said the service was not up to what has kept us going to toyota all these years. The 3 counter workers were mostly engaged in their own conversations, on their phones, discussing computer programs- and basically ignoring customers that came in. she said she was finally waited on and said she would be in the waiting room - however i was texted at work that my vehicle was ready. it was not as she waited another 20 min. The coffee machine was broken, no snacks were available and no car washes are offered any longer. The employee that helped my wife was named Chance Hemby and he gave her car wash coupons as the other employee told her they were all out. He was very apologetic for the wait and confusion and she complimented him on his customer service.
My headlight assemblies were replaced. When I got home my front passenger turn signal was hanging by a wire from the front of my truck. Obviously the installation was not completed properly. With all the other things I had done with this service I have very little confidence that the other work was completed correctly either. What am I supposed to do now? I had to take vacation time to bring the vehicle in!
The only thing I would like to see is lower prices. Or more sales for that basic service. If it was half the price I would be doing the service at 5k miles instead of 10k

When I told Rich the service manager in the morning of 9/13 that I needed the vehicle on the same day afternoon, he told me that he would give me update of my vehicle later of the day. However, I didn't get the call from him. So I called at about 3pm and talked with Jacob. He told me that the cordless charger had not been in yet. They didn't know when. But I could go in to get my vehicle by the mean time. So I went in at 4 pm. They delivered my vehicle to me with all wires and cover of the center console opened/ uncovered. It took them 30 minutes before I could get my vehicle. It obviously was a miscommunication and they didn't relate my request to the technicians who had the access to my vehicle.
No one verified what service I needed. I wasn’t sure if I needed a change in my filters. No one showed me. I am used to having the front floors vacuumed. No one said that doesn’t happen. Price was way too high for what was done. Was told it was going to take 1.5 hours to do basic service. Fortunately it took only an hour. Your customer service is way worse than it was. Got a call about scheduling my service and I already had an appointment. I am going to look elsewhere for service in the future because I don’t trust you anymore . Which is sad because I have been a loyal customer for 28 years . I will buy my next Toyota from another dealer.
