Jessica is OUTSTANDING! She obviously understands the meaning of “customer service “. When I picked up my car after a recall repair, I noticed an unresolved problem that got past the technician. I immediately returned to the shop and explained the problem. Jessica IMMEDIATELY took charge and got my car back into the shop where the issue was immediately (under 10 minutes) resolved. She then made sure I was a satisfied customer. She is a great face of T.O.P.

All service items checked green yet my cabin air filter is black. Which tells me the maintenance staff at Toyota of Puyallup
Is simply checking boxes and sending customers on their way. Not the service I should be receiving after spending 50000 on a Toyota Vehicle. Simply even if the maintenance team does not perform the work at the very least clients should be notified of maintenance needed. Yet all my boxes were checked green and we both know if the filter is black it should be changed.

Took great care of me and my vehicle. It was my first real service experience with in Puyallup and I will be coming back for my other services.
I went in because my audio wasn't working and after 1hr and 30min. All that was done was a system update and the problem still wasn't fixed. The lady asked me for 2 more hours and an additional $430 just to check the pins for the audio system. This is ridiculous, such a waste of time, money and total scam. After my "system update" there was absolutely no difference I've noticed, I'm not sure if it was even done! There's no proof of what was my old and new system. Doesn't mention in the paperwork I got. I'd like a full refund please. I'm very disappointed and it's harder to trust a good dealership anymore.

This was hands down the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The service writer basically ghosted us — no real communication, just one generic automated text. We had to call over 10 times, left multiple voicemails, and still couldn’t get a straight answer. It took them 10 days to “diagnose” the issue, which turned out to be nothing more than a basic software update. Ten days for something that should’ve taken an hour. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Toyota of Puyallup to anyon.
Hopefully the work is accurate. I was really disappointed that I was told my battery needed”future attention”. Your service dept but my battery in 3 years ago and this one only had 16,000 miles on it. The original battery lasted 9 years/66,000 miles. Les Schwab checked it and said the battery was at 91% still good. Also on the “additional recommendations power steering system fluid flush was needed. I was told after the work was completed that my car was electrical and did not need the flush?????? Why did the tech know these about my car. Not sure about trusting Toyota of Puyallup completely anymore.
