The information re: needed replacement of lug nuts @ about $485.00 was info I wasn’t expecting. I’ve run the diagnosis by another Toyota repair & they had NOT heard of this issue as a problem. Also 2 tire companies confirmed in their industry it wasn’t an issue. This situation confuses me.

The experience with Toyota of Puyallup was seamless from the first phone call through completion of service. We’re on a three-year lease, about halfway through, so next time I visit the dealership I might drop in on the sales office to do some long-term planning on what’s next.

Originally a diagnosis job for headlight issues. After further inspection It turned into a much bigger job. 2.5 day job (originally told) of replacing timing chain cover. However, my truck was there for 16 days. I got 1 call the day I dropped it off and the oil leak diagnosis/need to replace timing cover gasket. I just happened to call for an update the day it was finished. I did not feel my truck was a priority. Thankfully I had a back up vehicle at home. He was nice but I would of liked some progress updates and why it took over 2 weeks.

I had specific things I needed repaired and they were ignored. I had to keep insisting. To the point that they said what I needed repaired was not needed even though I had verified myself and it was the reason I sent it in. It makes me doubt about the inspection I am being charged for. There needs to be better communication between your staff and some control set in place to make sure that the services that are being charged are the se4vices being provided.

Took a week to change oil and put a new battery in...all warranty work..no loaner and didn't even wash vehical..☹

I asked if they could check my cabin air filter because there was a weird smell coming from it. They said they checked it and it was fine, but when I got back in my car, I could still smell the weird smell. Little upset about that. Otherwise everything else was good.
