I made a service appointment specifically to get a bad 12 volts battery replaced which was confirmed by Lexus road side assistance . I went there 9:15 AM and waited 2 hrs and was told 12 volt battery needs replacement but battery still needs to be ordered . I had to go home and went back around 4pm to pick up the car. I looked at the new battery installed when i got home and the plastic protective cover for the negative terminal is missing.
Tony was great and very professional and courteous in all aspects of his work. Answered all of our concerns about the importance of the car.
