The staff at Crown Lexus go above and beyond to be accommodating. We were stuck there with foul weather while our car was being serviced. They made sure my 2 little kids had snacks, chargers for their tablets and let them play/pretend as salespeople. They got me a coffee from the back staff area when the customer coffee machine was out of order. Servicing a Lexus is pricey but they make you feel comfortable while you wait.
Robert Melendez was welcoming and great to work with. The early morning apportionment felt easy, especially since he took time arrange my uber ride home during the service. This was my first time getting my car serviced at crown Lexus and plan to continue services there. The inspection was thorough and i appreciated the ease of everything.
