I was told my car would be ready by 5:00 PM at the latest, but by 6:00 PM no one had contacted me. I called twice during that time and no one answered. When I finally got through around 6:00 PM, I was told the car wouldn’t be finished until the next day. Then I was transferred to my advisor and was told that the car was actually already done and available for pickup. The conflicting information really disrupted my schedule and caused a lot of inconvenience.
The next morning, I also received a text saying my car was ready for pickup, even though I had already been told the night before that it was completed. The delayed updates and lack of coordination were very frustrating. I’m disappointed.
Gerardo provided outstanding customer service, his professionalism is to be commended. He addressed my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way on what was transpiring with my vehicle and I truly appreciated that. Job well done Mr. Temores, thank you so much!

The reason why we gave a fantastic review to Crown Lexus was because of our customer service representative, Helen. She went above and beyond to make us extremely satisfied with the complaints we had regarding our Lexus. Also, as we were leaving the Crown Lexus lot she stopped us Because we left something in our loaner Lexus. Not everyone will do that the way she did!!!
