I do have to call bc the mechanics turned off my settings, and I can't get them back. Also there was a mixup with the Uber back that cost me to be late for my board meeting when I arrived at Crown at 10:15 am. I waited at a curb for Uber for an hour+
First I enjoyed talking to one of the mechanics while waiting in my car. We talked about oil change and how some mechanics at shops put wrong parts in Lexus that they ruin the car!! Very informative!!( I didn't get his name but he was white, full beard sandy hair, average height.) I enjoyed the professional service from Maria, and at the same time she displayed that she's a people person. I enjoyed conversation with her. Due to these two workers I'll return again to crown Lexus Ontario
Mr. Santos was a pleasure to work with, he's helpful and he explains everything. There wasn't any hidden fees,I was charged exactly what he stated from the start. When I need service again I will definitely seek out Mr.Santos.
