Came today to pickup my vehicle from the cashier and saw a sign indicating cashier was out to lunch. I was standing around waiting at the cashier's window. A parts guy was sitting at his desk. He could have a least ask me " how can i help you?" Instead i had to ask him how do I get my car back. He told me my service writer would hel p me. My service writer was busy at the time with another customer. I had find the service manager to ask him how to get my car. The manager asked another service writer to assist me. There were some service writers that did not have any customer present. I'm sure one of could have asked me if I needed any help. Eli did a great job. I just wasn't happy not a single person bothered to help me...They had to be told to help me. I guess it wasn't there job. Great team work!

Gerardo is a true asset to Crown Lexus! He attended me promptly upon my arrival. He was able to give me a loaner for the day, without hesitation. With little guidance on the loaner's shifter I was on my way! His expertise shows. His patience and calm manner made for a trusting visit.

We were initially provided with a smaller loaner vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke. We were then provided with a comparable SUV that did not smell like smoke and accommodated our car seat for our toddler; however it appears we were charged two (2) $25 charges for the loaners

I was disappointed due to my car not being fully charged. Due to this I was late to an appointment I had today. My car was left over night which their was plenty of time for my car to be charged. When I picked it up it was at 39% charged.
From my previous services, my car was always fully charged when I would pick it up.

So rather than start all over, I just want to compliment Helen on explaining what work need to be done and in lay terms I can understand. She's very polite, patient and knowledgeable.
