My husband said I only needed oil change but I got to Crown Lexus and was told my car needed this and that, so I agreed, and then when I looked at the receipt after I paid- one of the services said I requested for that to be done when in fact I was told my car needed that.
The whole visit was a complete waste of time. I called the office to make an appointment for a safety recall. After arriving I checked in and told them I was there for the recall and I would be waiting in the office. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they took the car apart to inspect it but didn’t have the part to replace it and I would have to come back at another time. A complete waste of time that was easily avoidable within the first 10-15 minutes when they should have checked to see if they had the part in stock before working on my vehicle. A terrible experience that makes me question how this location is managed and if they are capable of handling simple repairs for my vehicle.

Alfred the advisor was an awesome people person and gave me all the information that I asked for. He Went beyond his duty by having my car washed and especially cleaned the inside of my windshield as I am disabled with back problems and he made sure it was taken care of by washing it thoroughly.
