Came in for routine oil change, and had ann issue, which was taken care of without hesitation. Was offered a loaner vehicle, which I actually only used to get to my house and return it two days later. Really did appreciate that.

Vehicle did not get washed but I was asked if I wanted to wait but I elected to return. I was given the option.

Realized I already received a 70k service and this time should have been a 75k service. Service agent either didn’t check the car history to correct this or saw the car history and still decided to do the 70k service. I ended up getting and paying for an unnecessary oil change. Also I was told I needed a new battery. The service agent again did not check my service history, I had to remind him that I received the battery from them and believed it was a 5 year battery in order to get my new battery prorated. If I didn’t remind him of this I would have paid full price on the battery. Things like this will make me go to another Lexus service center that is about the same distance for me if not a little closer. I come to your service office due to the service agents in the past have been on top of everything and checking history.

Mr.Faustino always on top of the service rendered to a customer. I am very satisfied and never doubted to entrust my car service to him. He always take care of me like his own family. I am so glad Mr. Faustino is the person who take good care of my car. Good Job sir !

Tino was cheerful and fully attentive to my needs.

I was vey satisfied with Mark he was extremely professional and helpful the problem I had is when I drove up there was no one outside I got out. Year stood there for three minutes it was like a ghost town. I then walk inside and found Mark. Good guy. But you should have people outside

This visit was the first time I saw Helen Kassel in three years. Just like before, she is very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. She did her best to find coupons to reduce my overall expenditure for a very expensive service visit.

Robert was very helpful and professional and explained a multicar inspection was apart of service I would receive, though only car in for a recall. Very professional.
