took 2.5 hrs and the receipt said/explained about car wash but car came out dirty ,.whn i asked the valet staff they vacum only ,and i wonder if oil was change cos not on the receipt ,ill be calling the center soon

This was my first time ever to get my car serviced and my brother who goes to Westminster Lexus always raves about the service however I have to say I was not impressed at all making the appointment was very simple so that was good however once I checked in nobody offered either a car or an Uber even though that that’s what they told me when I made the appointment thankfully my friend did wait and was able to take me back to work once I got the text that the car was ready they really just handed me the paper work and didn’t explain anything to me so I really don’t know what they did or if they found any issues the cashier who helped me was not rude but she was not nice either it was very not what I was expecting considering how much I have paid for the car. This was definitely not luxury car experience
If there is an appointment time need to have people ready to receive customer at that time
