Wasn’t too happy about not getting a loaner. When I asked how long service was George said about 3 hours. I asked if I can get a loaner. I figured it was no problem, because I had loaners many times with previous services. George told me no loaners currently and offered an uber. I accepted. Once I got a text about my car being ready. I took an Uber back. Upon getting to inside lexus service center. I had seen George give another customer a loaner. I wasn’t too happy about that. Even if I would’ve had it for only three hours..
Mark was absolutely wonderful. I have been taking my car to Lexus for the past 20 years and he is the most courteous, sweet and knowledgeable associate. I think I have dealt with really appreciate his help.

Services prices are getting ridiculous.
The car I bought was absolutely perfect. The sales manager Tonya made the entire no pressure and haggle free deal effortless. The price and the car could not have been better. It was delivered to my home for me almost 100 miles away at no charge and received with a full tank of gasoline. Daniel Macias delivered it assisted by Teresa Haderer. Both of them were were friendly and caring people. Daniel happily spent exhaustive time showing the operations and making sure that all was well. He is a very kind and caring person who truly enjoys helping people. You are very fortunate to have Daniel and Teresa on your team. Both are truly worthy of superior recognition. Tonya is absolutely amazing!

I’m very happy with the service and personal treatment I received today.
I was promised a complimentary car wash would be given with the service but it was not done and the valet person practically chased me off the lot so I didn’t even have a chance to inquire about the issue. Not satisfied with this service.
