Alfred Nungaray is an exceptional employee with Crown Lexus, he keeps you updated on the vehicle as it being serviced. Alfred is a great asset for Crown Lexus and a very pleasant person I always looking forward to see him when I bring my Vehicle in for service.

I have been going to Lexus for services since I bought the car brand new. This is my first time having a bad experience. First, you did not detect that the lights were not working during your inspection. But after I told you, there might be something wrong with it, you charged me $600 to change the bulbs. But when the car was pulled up for me to pick up, the right light wasn’t working. So I had to leave the car again. Then you want to charge me over $1000 to fix that light. All of this experience left me with no trust for your service. In fact, I’m not even sure if I paid $729 for oil, change, and light bulbs. I would like a refund of the $729. I already paid.
Faustino is kind, professional, and transparent with all the work my car needed. Everyone that has assisted me The last couple years has been terrific.
