Alyssa is very accommodating, efficient, concise, straight forward but she still makes you feel that she has time FOR YOU. She makes it a point to ask how’s my TX is working for me, how my day is going and shares just enough of her personal self to be very relatable. Genuinely very nice while staying professional. I’ll keep scheduling with her while I am with Lexus.

I came in for a smog check. Had a 7:15 AM appointment and was told that tech would be in @ 8:30 AM and that I would be out by 10:00 or 10:30 AM. My car was ready at around 9:20 AM. A job well done.
