Good service nothing to complain
Every time I bring my vehicle in, Tony goes above and beyond to make sure I’m completely taken care of. He’s consistently professional, attentive, and thorough in his communication. Throughout the entire service process, he keeps me updated and ensures I understand any recommended work.
What I appreciate most is that Tony treats every visit with the same level of care, whether it’s a routine inspection or a last-minute request. He always finds a way to fit me in, no matter how full the schedule may be. He’s also diligent about reviewing inspection results and giving me honest recommendations without ever pressuring me.
It’s clear that Tony genuinely cares about his customers. He’s a big reason I continue to bring my Lexus to this location. Outstanding service every time!

Excellent customer service.
My concern was not resolved to my satisfaction because the technician assumed the sunroof was tampered by my window tint installer something I know wasn’t true because I watching them put the tint and they didn’t touch any mechanical components. I feel my warranty should honor my request. I intent to take this to higher level.
Frank was very helpful, and my service was completed in a timely manner .. customer service never disappoints at crown Lexis Ontario .
The car was returned with scratches this is a brand new vehicle and I am very upset.
