I was approached by a service rep the moment I pulled in. They were very attentive, for my first time service on my Lexus new ES 350 which was done even earlier than expected. Maria was awesome! I had another matter about my car that she was quick to attend to and have it inspected and then order the part that same day!
Yes very satisfied with the service and what was needed to be replaced and fixed. Christian is very informative with his information. He is very safe with information, because he cares for his customers. If something needs attention he lets you know. He is very good at building customer rapport, he stays in touch and touches bases with the customer overall with what your Lexus needs. For instance, what’s happening in the back with the vehicle and what further small issues were found or could possibly get worse over time. Very knowledgeable. He meets customer expectations and if he can accommodate he will do so..

Mark Gray is an exceptional Service Advisor! He was most welcoming when we arrived to our service appointment over an hour early. Also, he was very thorough with his recommendations of maintenance needed in order to ensure that our vehicle remains in perfect running condition. He kept us apprised of our vehicle's progress the entire time, and he gave us a written quote we requested for a piece of metal trim that we may consider at another time. He kindly offered to notify us when this item goes on sale.

Staff was dismissive and rude, including the service tech. When I called at the end of the day for an update on my vehicle, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, asking me repeatedly for the name of my tech even after I told her I did not recall his name. She refused to let me know if my car was ready unless I gave her the name of my tech. She then sent me to a mailbox for someone she knew was no longer in the office. When I arrived to pick up my car, the person at the checkout counter, who might have been the same person I spoke with on the phone, was rude and unprofessional, barely saying a word. I expect a different level of service from Lexus.
