Emily Rodriquez was excellent!!! I recently purchased the car and I still had questions on how to operate the cars features. She was knowledgeable and patient and listened to my concerns. She explained things about the car that the salesman didn’t cover. It helped make a difference on how I use the car.
Jerry was very professional and polite but too serious. He wasn’t very personable and I felt rushed. It was my first maintenance service for my car and I had lots of questions. I didn’t feel comfortable asking him questions although he did send Emily to help me; and that I appreciate.
Brandon Hanson was very transparent and knowledgeable on the work at hand. Very appreciative as my service advisor today.
Great service overall 10/10, my vehicle has been serviced since the purchasing the IS500 at crown Lexus, and it still feels brand new. He provides me concerns that the mechanic catches that I will service soon

I brought my vehicle in for its first scheduled service, which was only a tire rotation. My service advisor, George, asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, and I said yes. After waiting about an hour and a half, I checked on the status of my vehicle and was then told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes just for the wash.
At that point, I declined the wash because I had already been there much longer than expected for such a simple service.
Christain santos is easily one of the best service advisors you have.
She is super fast and get it done so easy love it
